Description:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with company policies.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Help with payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate and assist in employee performance reviews and appraisals.
- Participate in employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback collection.
- Administration and Office Management:
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Support office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Manage office records, filing systems, and documentation for easy access.
- Ensure that office health and safety guidelines are followed and that the workplace is organized and conducive to productivity.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
