Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with company policies.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Help with payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate and assist in employee performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback collection.
  • Administration and Office Management:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Support office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Manage office records, filing systems, and documentation for easy access.
  • Ensure that office health and safety guidelines are followed and that the workplace is organized and conducive to productivity.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
