Your Role
- Hire the best, most talented, and diverse talent pool through innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies; driving and managing candidate pipelines to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs all across Pakistan.
- Execute a winning employee on-boarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure best-in-class retention rates by keeping people and business goals aligned and championing a true win-win for the organization.
- Run all end-to-end HR Operations; managing employee data records, attendance & leave tracking, payroll processing and performance management.

Your Expertise
- You are a business graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience in People department; preferably in hotel/ hospitality industry.
- You excel in driving the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling to negotiation and closing.
- You bring light and energy to the culture; ensuring those working remotely and those in office are equally engaged and happy.
- You communicate easily with diverse audiences. Your mastery in adjusting communication style for different audiences, from a C-level executive to a blue-collar, is fascinating.
- You enjoy using HRIS, MS Suite and tools that give you an edge in operational efficiency.
