Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee daily healthcare service operations to maintain excellence in service.
✔ Manage healthcare professionals and staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
✔ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best industry practices.
✔ Work closely with medical professionals and clients to improve patient outcomes.
✔ Oversee medical equipment maintenance and calibration.
✔ Implement strategies for operational efficiency and service excellence.
✔ Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and medical equipment standards.
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
✔ Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
✔ Optimize operational processes to align with company goals.
✔ Handle HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction programs.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
