Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HubSpot Specialist to join our team. As a HubSpot Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in leveraging the HubSpot platform to drive our marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Set up, manage, and optimize our HubSpot account ensuring data accuracy and system integrations are functioning correctly.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and implement inbound marketing campaigns within HubSpot. This includes email campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and lead scoring.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics from HubSpot to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer interaction. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot functionalities, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing materials are optimized for the HubSpot platform.
- CRM Maintenance: Oversee the management and segmentation of contacts within HubSpot, ensuring that the data is clean, up-to-date, and organized.
- Stay Updated: Continuously stay updated with HubSpot's latest features, tools, and best practices, applying them when beneficial to our operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience with HubSpot, preferably HubSpot-certified.
- Solid understanding of inbound marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
