Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about Human Resources to gain practical experience while working part-time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in Human Resources and related functions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Fresh graduates or students in their final year of an HR-related program are encouraged to apply.
