Digital DirAction is looking for passionate and dynamic person for the position of HR Intern.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring Managers to understand the needs of the roles to be filled.
- Identify and work on the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting technical and non-technical candidates.
- Determine selection criteria based on the job requisitions received.
- Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and work with various stakeholders to achieve the desired results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people.
- Basic understanding of technical roles and technical skills.
- Some understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
- Fresh candidate or 6 months of experience in the HR.
