As a member of our People Operations team, the Workday HCM Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and generally supporting the Workday HCM system. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Technology, this role serves as a point of contact and assists all Key Stakeholders with Workday needs while ensuring data integrity, user training, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvements.

  • Collaborates with HR team in enhancing the Workday platform
  • Performs complex work assignments and problem resolution in Workday HCM.
  • First line of resolution for common workday issues and load files
  • HCM, Time Off Benefits general Workday business process configurations
  • Workday reports and calculated fields
     

What You'll Do
 

  • Collaborates with HR team in enhancing the Workday platform by building integration solutions for International Payroll and medical providers.
  • Assesses overall project and operational risk and develops mitigation plans.
  • Works under minimal supervision.
  • Performs moderately complex to complex work assignments and problem resolution across systems and processes.
  • Effectively contributes to team/organization goals and provides guidance to less experienced team members on Workday enhancements
