Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding tech talent).

• Develop and implement HR policies and best practices specific to the IT industry.

• Oversee employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Handle HR operations such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.

• Lead training and development programs for continuous employee growth.

• Address employee relations to ensure a positive and productive workplace.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• IT Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and hiring trends.

• HR & Recruitment Tools: Experience with HR software (ATS, HRIS) and recruitment platforms.

• Compliance & Regulations: Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Recruitment & Employer Branding experience.

• Familiarity with remote work policies and IT workplace culture.

• HR Certification (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
