Description:

Rapidev Pvt Ltd., a CMMI Level 5 certified organization, is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR process automation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruiting top technical talent, developing HR strategies, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within set timelines.
  • Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques to find top candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal standards throughout the recruitment process.

📢 Onboarding & Compliance:

  • Conduct employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and employee records.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and compliance with company policies.

🌍 Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Organize awareness sessions and training programs to promote a culture of belonging.

📊 Metrics & Analytics:

  • Track and analyze HR recruitment metrics like Time-to-Fill (TTF), Cost-per-Hire (CPH), and Quality of Hire (QH).
  • Use data insights to enhance and optimize recruitment strategies.

🎯 Employee Engagement & Employer Branding:

  • Develop engagement programs, team-building activities, and employee motivation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing for employer branding strategies and attract top talent.
  • Build relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry partners.

🚀 HR Process Automation & Optimization:

  • Drive HR process automation by integrating ERP & HRIS systems for improved efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements in line with CMMI Level-5 standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in technical recruitment (Software industry preferred).
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP tools and process automation.
✔ Proven ability to source and hire top technical talent.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
