Experience & Qualification

🔍6 months to 1 year

🔍Bachelor's / Master’s degree preferred in HRM, BBA(HR), MBA(HR), MHRM.

Responsibilities

📌Resource planning

📌Preparing strategy for effective resource planning

📌Maintain a record of all the data relating to the Resource Planning department

📌Report & and coordinate with the resource planning department’s lead & work as a team

📌Interact & communicate with Project Managers, Engagement Managers, & all other stakeholders for resource planning

📌Allocating resources to projects, including assigning the appropriate personnel to job roles within a project

📌Performance management of resources

📌Forecasting the need for new employees for upcoming projects

📌Allocating resources for interviews with clients

📌Preparing resumes according to the JDs from the client's side

📌Providing and creating Recruitment Requisition forms for all technical positions

📌Excellent verbal and written communication skills

📌Good knowledge of IT-related technology stacks
