Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified, hard-working. Diligent HR recruiter who can support our hiring in Pakistan. An HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for job vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Build a talent pool by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and soft skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback when appropriate.
  • Assist in extending job offers to selected candidates, including negotiation of compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview notes, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
