Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Build a talent pool by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates for future job openings.
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for the position.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and soft skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback when appropriate.
- Assist in extending job offers to selected candidates, including negotiation of compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview notes, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
