As a Recruiter / Administrator You Will
- Responsible for an effective and fast recruiting processes on an international level, with focus on the US market
- Develops, maintains and grows relationships with candidates, including: extensive research and headhunting experienced hires
- Proper media channel selection for finding high quality candidates
- Tight cooperation with our global hiring managers and directors
- Conducting screening and skype interviews
- Coordinates the hiring process, communicates terms, processes background checks
- Participate in other HR processes and decisions locally
- Maintaining up-to-date professional knowledge about the job market and latest industry trends
- Administrative support to HODs.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- 3+ years experience in recruiting
- Native speaker level of proficiency in English language
- Experience with headhunting for sales and management positions is a must
- Experience with the US market is highly desired.
- University degree of socio-humanistic orientation (education in human resources an advantage)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive individual, able to work autonomously on their own initiative
- Excellent prioritization skills with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in night shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pakistan Time)
