NQ Solutions is hiring a HR Ops & Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee essential HR operations, ensuring smooth functionality, compliance with company policies, and effective team engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about HR management and payroll operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage daily HR operations for compliance and smooth functionality.
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts, offer letters, and bonds for accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date, organized personnel records adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation and background reference checks.
  • Calculate and prepare payroll, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of tax deductions, bonuses, allowances, and EOBI contributions.
  • Monitor and maintain attendance, leave, and desk log data records.
  • Communicate updates regarding leave balances and attendance records.
  • Act as a point of contact for HRMS - Worksuite system management.
  • Coordinate and schedule HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Prepare budgets for office renovations and HR events.

Technical Competencies:

  • Use payroll software for salary and tax management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS for personnel record tracking and documentation.
  • Generate detailed reports on attendance, payroll, and staff dynamics.

Core Competencies:

  • Accuracy in payroll calculations and safeguarding sensitive data.
  • Adherence to deadlines and clear communication of payroll details.
  • Ethical handling of financial data.

Shift Timings: Monday-Friday (10 AM - 6 PM)
