NQ Solutions is hiring a HR Ops & Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee essential HR operations, ensuring smooth functionality, compliance with company policies, and effective team engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about HR management and payroll operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily HR operations for compliance and smooth functionality.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, offer letters, and bonds for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date, organized personnel records adhering to data protection regulations.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation and background reference checks.
- Calculate and prepare payroll, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of tax deductions, bonuses, allowances, and EOBI contributions.
- Monitor and maintain attendance, leave, and desk log data records.
- Communicate updates regarding leave balances and attendance records.
- Act as a point of contact for HRMS - Worksuite system management.
- Coordinate and schedule HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Prepare budgets for office renovations and HR events.
Technical Competencies:
- Use payroll software for salary and tax management.
- Proficiency in HRIS for personnel record tracking and documentation.
- Generate detailed reports on attendance, payroll, and staff dynamics.
Core Competencies:
- Accuracy in payroll calculations and safeguarding sensitive data.
- Adherence to deadlines and clear communication of payroll details.
- Ethical handling of financial data.
