Description:

Fahmir Pharma Pvt. Ltd., a leading medicine manufacturing company, is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Professional to join its Lahore office. The ideal candidate should be passionate about HR management and committed to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, onboarding, and talent pipeline management.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, set KPIs, and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize sessions, and support employee growth initiatives.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll & Compensation: Assist in salary processing, benefits administration, and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain accurate attendance records and oversee leave policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: BSc/MSc in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
