We're hiring! Join our dynamic team as an HR Officer & Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, office management & expense management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
