Fawwaha Fragrances is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a growing organization.
πΉ Recruitment & Hiring Process
β Assist in job postings, initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
β Support the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
πΉ HR Operations & Documentation
β Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases.
β Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
β Assist in HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
πΉ HR Meetings & Support
β Participate in HR meetings and take minutes.
β Provide administrative support for HR functions.

Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of HR experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
