Anfords is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support nationwide HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of HR policies, and the ability to manage employee records efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Documentation:
    • Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, job descriptions (JDs), and Employee Requisition Forms (ERFs).
    • Reconcile and update employee data in HR systems.
  • Employee Relations & Onboarding:
    • Assist in employee induction and onboarding processes.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and HR best practices.
  • Policy & Compliance:
    • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
    • Support HR initiatives to maintain a positive and structured work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in HR documentation and employee data management.
    • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
