Anfords is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support nationwide HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of HR policies, and the ability to manage employee records efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Documentation:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, job descriptions (JDs), and Employee Requisition Forms (ERFs).
- Reconcile and update employee data in HR systems.
- Employee Relations & Onboarding:
- Assist in employee induction and onboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and HR best practices.
- Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR initiatives to maintain a positive and structured work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR documentation and employee data management.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
