Halo Informatics is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to oversee HR operations, manage recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR best practices and labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies & labor laws
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment – job postings, screening, interviews & selection
✅ Conduct employee onboarding & provide guidance on HR policies & benefits
✅ Maintain accurate employee records & HR databases
✅ Ensure smooth execution of performance management & training programs
✅ Handle payroll processing & ensure timely salary disbursement
✅ Utilize MS Excel for HR data analysis & reporting


Candidate Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) – a must!
Experience in HR operations, recruitment & payroll management
Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Excel for HR data analysis & reporting
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
