Description:

Titanium Group is seeking an HR Officer for its Bahria Town, Lahore branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with HR policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are welcomed and integrated effectively.
  • Oversee payroll management and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and other official correspondence.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Assist with performance reviews and employee evaluations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support HR functions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ months in HR-related roles.
  • Preference: Candidates residing in or near Bahria Town, Lahore.

Job Timings:

  • 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday to Thursday (Fridays off).
