Hr Officer

We are looking for a competent and detail oriented Human Resources Officer to undertake a variety of HR duties. He/ She will perform day-to-day operational tasks to assist the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Human Resources responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding activities of new hiring.
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts and offer letters etc.
  • Maintain records of personnel data (payroll, personal information, employee database sheet, turnover rates etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Liaise with other departments and/or functions (Finance, IT etc.).
  • Other HR day to day tasks as required by the supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources functions, processes, and best practices.
  • Command on MS Office suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
