Description:

We are seeking a talented and qualified HR Officer. This full-time, on-site role is located in Islamabad/Lahore. The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.



Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within a consultancy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of HR systems, practices, and procedures
  • An understanding of Pakistan's labor laws and HR best practices
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
