Description:
We are inviting applications for the position of Officer HR, CSR and Communications to join our Head Office located in Karachi.
- Support in the execution of HR operations and day to day activities in line with HR policies, procedures.
- Support in the preparation of the annual HR Budget, strategy review and departmental goal setting exercises.
- Prepare and maintain employee files and update employee data in Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Support in the preparation of CSR, Communications and HR policies and procedures and assist internal customers (employees) in implementation of and compliance with policies.
- Assist in the preparation of HR&R committee agenda, supporting documents, minutes and member files. Also follow up and track actions arising out of the HR&R committee meetings.
- Plan, organize and execute CSR and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances, manage and resolve complex employee relationship matters.
- Carry out staff recruitment and selection process in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support in the preparation of the annual CSR Budget and ensure month on month monitoring and tracking of CSR spend.
- Prepare and roll out EOS (Employee Opinion Survey) annually; collect data and analyze it.
- Identify training and development opportunities and also assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
- Carry out all employee lifecycle processes such as re-designations, transfers, promotions, separations, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of the sustainability report along with gathering and compiling data for reporting.
- Collect data for talent management reviews and organize sessions.
- Assist in the performance management process and prepare appraisal sheets and letters.
- Monitor the Company website regularly and coordinate with departments to update information.
- Prepare the monthly HR report and presentation.
- Plan, write, edit and publish a variety of communications and ensure their timely communication to the desired audience.
- Ensure conformance to all auditable asks.
