Hr Officer

Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop

talent through developing policies and managing procedures.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and

systems.

Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting

job Ad and managing the hiring process.

Develop training & development programs.

Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

Manage sourcing and recruitment for throughout the hospital

(including the recruitment of nursing).

You will also be responsible for administrative tasks.

Location: Islamabad

Key Requirements & Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in HR.

At least 0-1 year of experience preferably in healthcare industry.

Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.)

Proficient in MS Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding organizational & time management skills.
