Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):

✅ Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

✅ Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.

✅ Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.

✅ Assist in managing HR documentation and policy updates.

✅ Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support.

Marketing & Employer Branding:

✅ Assist in developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.

✅ Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.).

✅ Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

✅ Help manage company profiles on job portals and social networks.

✅ Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Basic understanding of HR functions and digital marketing.

✔️ Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

✔️ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
