UnitFactor is looking for a dynamic HR & Marketing Intern to support recruitment, employee engagement, and marketing initiatives. This internship could lead to a full-time position based on performance!
Human Resources (HR):
✔ Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
✔ Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records
✔ Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events
✔ Assist in managing HR documentation and policy updates
✔ Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support
Marketing & Employer Branding:
✔ Assist in developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns
✔ Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
✔ Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent
✔ Help manage company profiles on job portals and social networks
✔ Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
📌 Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Marketing, Business, or a related field
📌 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
📌 Basic understanding of HR functions and digital marketing
📌 Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
📌 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
📌 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
