Red Feather Solutions, a dynamic IT firm, is searching for a proficient and driven HR Manager and technical Recruiter to fortify our team during the night shift (9 PM to 6 AM). If you're a proactive professional seeking an exciting challenge, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to comprehend technical positions and prerequisites and meet hiring requirements promptly.
- Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and direct sourcing to source, screen, and assess candidates.
- Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles.
- Establish and nurture a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, serving as the primary contact throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain precise candidate and recruitment records.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Execute various HR activities including talent management, performance evaluations, compensation, recruiting, learning and development, and diversity initiatives.
- Support the CO in implementing organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and governance processes.
- Serve as an internal consultant, optimizing team performance through direct engagement with management.
- Manage and coordinate all-hands meetings, team meetings, and ongoing communications.
- focusing on areas such as business models, organizational design, employee engagement, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR programs including talent planning, succession planning, employee mobility, and career development.
- Address complex employee relations issues and grievances effectively.
- Collaborate with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and drive productivity and retention.
General Requirements:
- Minimum master’s degree required, especially in relevant fields such as Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in conducting technical recruitment and other HR functions within software houses or comparable business environments, with a demonstrated affinity for HR responsibilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment platforms, running LinkedIn advertisements, and understanding various HR software systems is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Office Suite (MS Office/Google Suite) is required.
- Experience in software and IT companies is a must.
