Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager with 5-10 years of expertise, preferably within the IT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, performance management, employee relations, and the development of HR strategies. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent strategic insight, and the ability to handle complex HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on attracting top talent for IT and technical roles.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including all related compliance with taxes, benefits, and overtime.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational success.
- Lead performance management processes, providing guidance on employee development and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Optimize HR processes through the use of FlowHCM, HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Analyze HR metrics and insights to continuously improve HR practices and support business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of HR experience, with a preference for experience in the IT industry.
- Expertise in payroll management, recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of FlowHCM, HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex HR initiatives and drive organizational change.
