Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to attract, select and hire top talent into the organization.

Employee Relation: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.

HR Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, payrolls and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Performance Management: Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, appraisals and feedback processes.

Exit interview: Conduct exit interview and provide analysis to improve employee retention and satisfaction.

 

Qualification & Requirements:

· Bachelors/Masters in Human Resource or a related field.

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare industry.

· Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and compliance in healthcare industry.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
