The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions within the organization, with a specific focus on the medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices specific to medical billing, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and effective talent management. This position is crucial for creating a positive workplace culture and supporting our team’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues related to workplace dynamics, performance, and policies.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the medical billing industry, maintaining updated HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Metrics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Workplace Culture: Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and promoting team-building initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2,3 years of HR experience in a medical billing company.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations specific to the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
