We are actively seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager for a real estate management company, a vital role responsible for overseeing all HR aspects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute HR policies and procedures.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, encompassing recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Supervise employee relations, involving conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
