Hr Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Crazy Nerds. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development, benefits administration, and employee development. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Experience in recruitment and selection
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
