Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic “HR Manager” to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Oversee and manage HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
-Implement and manage the Performance Management System to ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations.
-Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
-Manage attendance records and ensure compliance with attendance policies and regulations.
-Plan and organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
-Lead initiatives to promote a better and more inclusive culture within the organization.
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-Manage compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
-Collaborate with the team to support departmental goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a Master’s degree is preferred.
-At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR management, with a focus on –HR metrics and Performance Management System implementation and management.
-Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office.
