Requirements:

  • MBA – HRM from reputable University.
  • 7 – 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Handling employees’ grievances and issues.
  • Closely monitor headcount and departments’ budget-related issues.
  • Oversee bulk staff hiring. Negotiating and dealing with labor contractors.
  • Supervising payroll of the entire business unit.
  • Dealing with government organizations (EOBI, SESSI, Civil Defense).
