Requirements:
- MBA – HRM from reputable University.
- 7 – 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Handling employees’ grievances and issues.
- Closely monitor headcount and departments’ budget-related issues.
- Oversee bulk staff hiring. Negotiating and dealing with labor contractors.
- Supervising payroll of the entire business unit.
- Dealing with government organizations (EOBI, SESSI, Civil Defense).
