Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
✅ Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the company.
✅ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives like internal events, surveys, and feedback collection.
✅ Maintain HR records and assist in preparing reports for management.
✅ Help ensure HR policies and processes are correctly followed.
✅ Coordinate with different teams to understand hiring needs and talent development requirements.


Skills & Qualifications:
🎓 Fresh Graduate with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
📋 Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
💬 Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
📍 Residence in Islamabad/Rawalpindi is mandatory.
💻 Basic knowledge of HR tools/software is a plus, but not required.
