Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR systems.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR-related topics, such as best practices and industry trends.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies.

Location: Karachi

Requirements:

  • Complete degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
