Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Update and maintain employee records and databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
