Description:
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with HR to provide support for various HR functions, including but not limited to assisting with benefits administration, onboarding, recruitment and managing employee records. You will also provide support for various ad-hoc HR projects to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and posting of job openings on various platforms.
• Performing recruitment duties such as; screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HRIS.
• Performing onboarding process, including preparing documents and orientation.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.),
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
