Description:
Cybernet is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR operations, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR principles and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.
- Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including preboarding, documentation, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
- Develop and implement structured onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace.
- Address employee concerns with confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, best practices, and workplace regulations.
- Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disputes, recommending appropriate resolutions.
Performance Management & Learning & Development:
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and collecting performance data.
- Support managers in identifying training needs, implementing performance improvement plans, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain training records and track employee learning and development progress.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records within the HRIS, maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount, turnover, and employee engagement to support strategic decision-making.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll and Finance teams, ensuring timely and error-free salary disbursement.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as recruitment efficiency, employee engagement, and retention trends, to inform HR strategies.
- Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports to support leadership in workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent management, employee relations, or HR operations.
- HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret HR metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent employee support with a customer-service mindset.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
