Hr Generalist

Description:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Karachi. This role is ideal for HR professionals with 1–2 years of experience, seeking to grow in a dynamic IT-sector environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, HR compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Manage end-to-end hiring processes to attract top IT talent.
✔ Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution – Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve HR issues.
✔ Onboarding & HR Compliance – Ensure seamless onboarding and adherence to HR policies.
✔ Performance Management & Training Coordination – Assist in employee development and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration (LUMS/IBA preferred).
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.
• Ability to multitask and manage HR processes efficiently.
