Description:
Zenyst is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team during the night shift, catering to our US-based operations. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations during the night hours, and providing essential support to our US-based employees. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working independently and managing HR processes in a different time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, concerns, and issues during the night shift. Provide guidance and support to ensure a positive work environment at Zenyst.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process for night shift positions, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new Zenyst employees.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with US labor laws and regulations, particularly for night shift workers.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, handle performance-related issues, and implement development plans for night shift employees.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for night shift employees.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the night shift workforce.
- HR Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on HR activities during the night shift, providing insights to the HR management team at Zenyst.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement engagement strategies to keep night shift employees motivated and connected with the broader Zenyst organization.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during the night shift, promoting a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a role that required working with US-based employees.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Availability: Must be available to work during the night shift, aligned with US time zones.
