Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Handle HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage client interactions and address their recruitment and HR needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  • Provide consultative support to clients on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in HR consultancy firms).
  • MBA/BBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
