We are seeking a motivated HR Executive & Marketing Coordinator to support both human resources and marketing functions within our organization. This hybrid role involves HR processes and employee engagement activities while coordinating marketing campaigns and promoting our brand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a knack for balancing responsibilities in both HR and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support HR-related events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
- HR administrative tasks, benefits administration, and employee communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Develop and schedule content for social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Track and report on marketing metrics, analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR or marketing roles is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR or marketing software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
