Responsibilities:
Plan and execute bulk hiring campaigns for call center agents to meet organizational goals.
Source, screen, and onboard candidates effectively for call center roles.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pool for future recruitment needs.
Manage operational tasks and maintain accurate records.
Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new hires.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
