Hr Executive

 

Description:

The HR Executive will oversee and manage the Human Resources and Administration functions within the organization. This role involves handling various HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and providing support in administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Support employee development initiatives, including training programs. Maintain HR records and ensure all employee information is accurate and up to date.

 

Oversee general administrative functions such as office management, facilities management, and procurement of office supplies. Prepare and maintain Analytical reports.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in related field, Experience 01 year in Human Resources roles, with exposure to both HR and Administrative functions. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
