Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the technical teams to understand the specific requirements and technical stacks for software development positions.
- Source and screen potential candidates for technical roles, including software developers, engineers, and other IT positions.
- Coordinate and conduct technical interviews and assessments.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to onboarding new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are well-informed and engaged.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Maintain and update HR-related documentation and policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and provide support in managing employee compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, with a focus on technical recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of technical stacks and software development processes.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
