Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the technical teams to understand the specific requirements and technical stacks for software development positions.
  • Source and screen potential candidates for technical roles, including software developers, engineers, and other IT positions.
  • Coordinate and conduct technical interviews and assessments.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are well-informed and engaged.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Maintain and update HR-related documentation and policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and provide support in managing employee compensation and benefits.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, with a focus on technical recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of technical stacks and software development processes.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
