Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Karachi. This role combines HR responsibilities with a significant focus on internal audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management (30%): Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and collaborate with the finance team on payroll and benefits.
- Internal Audit (70%): Conduct comprehensive internal audits of financial and operational processes. Evaluate internal control systems, analyze data to identify improvement areas, and prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations. Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably with exposure to accounting or auditing.
- Good knowledge of Pakistani labor laws.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
