Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
🔹 Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
🔹 Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.
🔹 Help organize internal employee engagement programs and initiatives.
🔹 Assist in drafting HR policies and updating internal documents.
🔹 Address employee queries and provide administrative support.
Marketing & Employer Branding:
🔹 Assist in planning and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
🔹 Create engaging social media content to enhance employer branding.
🔹 Maintain and update company profiles on job platforms and social networks.
🔹 Work closely with HR and marketing teams to optimize branding strategies.
🔹 Support digital marketing initiatives related to talent acquisition.
