Description:

CanPak Hospital (CPH) is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to join their team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that the hospital maintains an efficient, compliant, and compassionate workforce that aligns with its commitment to delivering high-quality care to the community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations in Sindh, Pakistan.
  • Employee Relations & Development: Act as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts, and fostering professional growth and development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and performance management processes to ensure fairness and efficiency.
  • HR Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, HR analytics, and compliance documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and ERP software for streamlined operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and healthcare regulations specific to Sindh, Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
