Hr Coordinator

 

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a night shift basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our employees, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work culture.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.

  • Onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

 

Other HR Tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR team, as needed.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
