This is a pivotal role requiring an experienced HR professional to partner with sales leadership and drive people-centric initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Partnership:

    • Collaborate with sales leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Oversee the recruitment process, onboarding, offboarding, and seamless integration of new sales team members.
  3. Training and Development:

    • Design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of the sales team.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Manage performance reviews, foster employee development, and support succession planning initiatives.
  5. Employee Engagement and Relations:

    • Promote a culture of employee engagement, address employee relations issues, and resolve workplace challenges.
  6. Compliance and Policy Adherence:

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in a commercial or sales-driven environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Expertise in performance management and employee relations.
    • Knowledge of HR compliance and legal standards.
